Implement end-2-end tests for all current manual examples #25

In org.genivi.commonapi.wamp.examples there are manual tests for all features which are implemented so far (e.g., example10, 12, 30 and 77). Use the new test infrastructure based on Mocha to rebuild these as automated tests.
