task: review v0.1.0 release

The aim of doing the Phase 1 PoC was to favor working with the upstream components and trialing some approaches to the project. As a result we collectively need to review what went well and what needs adjustment.

Update: Due in part to the earlier Spring AMM there was not a formal gap/release between Phase 1 PoC and v0.1.0. What was created as the PoC became 0.1.0. So updating this to represent a post AMM v0.1.0 release review once the team has had a chance to use it.

Updated the main description and title to reflect that this is now a review of the v0.1.0 release.
