Stream Support in VSS and Vehicle APIs

And third we should support stream data like Audio and Video in VSS. Of cause this would require efforts also in the Vehicle API and underlying.

To discuss:

• What is actually needed
• How can it be represented in VSS
• Implications on APIs - relevant to use same API or better use other?
