PR contains code for coping std-arxml files into the output folder of the transformation.

Both standard ARXML files are written into the output folder for every conversion. But a standard file should only be written there if it is really required in the conversion result.

Otherwise looks good.

I created a new ticket for that and placed it with low prio in the backlog.
