F2A: Implement mapping for further deployment parameters #141

The realization of the mapping of deployment parameters for fixed-sized arrays (issue #130) is an example for the handling of deployment parameters. This issue covers the mapping of further deployment parameters, i.e., service instances ids and method ids.

Franca-2-arxml transformation of deployment data for SOME/IP-related properties has been implemented during the past months. Available on master.
