F2A: Support generation of AUTOSAR application data types #163

Currently the AUTOSAR output models only use implementation data types. It should be possible to generate application data types as well, including the mappings from ADTs to IDTs. It should be possible to configure the transformation to support ADTs or stick with the current behavior.
