Change to CMake #18

During Genivi AMM I have discussed with Rudi idea of changing build system to CMake. This pull request contains required changes.

CMake:

provides consistent build system for various Linux distros
allows parallel builds
provides easier integration with GDP

Hi. Just noting that this looks like a fast-forward from master but would need a rebase (or merge if that's acceptable for the maintainer, but rebase should be nicer) on top of vsi_3.0 branch, and I noticed there will be just a few conflicts to sort out.

I think that this PR can be abandoned as there is another one for VSI3.0 branch. PR19 (the one for VSI3.0) in fact looks a bit strange... I will try to fix that.
