We have today some old "release/X.Y" branches. I am considering removing the older one of them, the rationale would be that downstream projects typically should access VSS by tag rather than by branch, like by the tag v2.1 rather than the branch release/2.1. So the idea is to remove branches for obsolete versions (like 2.1). I.e. only keep branches if we expect pull requests. That would make it easier to select the right branch when creating pull requests.
Please comment before 2024-01-01 if you use "release/X.Y"-branches, if no one requests them to be kept they might be removed
