Removing some targets not used

We have not used travis for a long time, and the zip/install options are as far as I know not used by anyone

AP (Erik) - Check README file to see if tar/install/travis are mentioned. Check also vss-tools.

I checked .md/.yml/*.yaml files for install and in none of the cases mentioned it referred to the make file.
