Updated our /wireframes folder to account for this next V3 version w/ two wireframes (added in a V2 version for reference); Updated logos in the /design folder; Moved our old logos to an archive-old-logos folder

Summary

Updated our /wireframes folder to account for this next V3 version w/ two wireframes (added in a V2 version for reference); Updated logos in the /design folder; Moved our old logos to an archive-old-logos folder

Details

Wireframes to begin post-beta app designs, breaking app into components, etc. These wireframes will help with creating sub-issues. Also, I cleaned up the /design folder so that the "old logos" are in an archive folder and the new logos are more easily accessible.

Test Plan (required)

Just added PNG/SVG files for design — should be ok there!
