[x] add additional notifications to the sendSMS lambda to provide users a richer experience.
This is a temporary measure, as we'll soon be adding an education collection to store these questions, with the potential for users to add facts. But, right now, we need basic functionality and should make this look as if we have a large-ish bank of notifications to send :)
