Issue: Washington did not update their Currently hospitalized and Currently in ICU metrics between 2/11/21 and 2/18/21 (some of this time included a holiday, and a weekend when they do not update these metrics). Using our screenshots we are backfilling some of these days values.
Additionally the Currently on ventilators metric was not updated 2/13/21-2/16/21, but the state provided the values on 2/17/21.
