Issue 1: On June 16, 2020 the value entered for Mississippi's Total tests (specimens) incorrectly included the antibody tests done by the state as well as the PCR tests. Updating Total tests (specimens), and Negative which is calculated from Total tests (specimens) - Confirmed cases, from screenshots.
Issue 2: On May 29, 2020 the value for Negative was calculated incorrectly making it look like negatives declined on May 30, 2020. Updating the the value from May 29, 2020 to be Total tests (specimens) - Positive.
Issue 3: On June 13, 2020 Mississippi did not update Total tests (specimens) and so we should have carried over the value for Negative which is calculated from Total tests (specimens) - Confirmed cases. Updating Negative for June 13, 2020 and June 14, 2020 to carry over the Negative calculation.
Issue 4: On June 17, 2020 the value for Negative was calculated incorrectly making it look like negatives declined on June 18, 2020. Updating the the value from June 17, 2020 to be Total tests (specimens) - Confirmed cases.
