Issue: On January 11, 2021 we did not record Confirmed cases for New Hampshire so we should have carried over the Negative value from the previous day, as Negatives are calculated from Total tests (people) - Confirmed cases, and having it calculated with Total cases instead causes an artificial decrease in Negatives January 12, 2021. Updating to carry over the value from January 10, 2021
