I'm thinking:

• People can report an issue by contacting one of the organizing members directly either in person, over slack, or facebook.
• The main way to enforce the policy could be a 3 strikes your out approach. The offending individual is talked to for each offense and if it happens a 3rd time they are blocked from virtual communication tools. GlenX will help us manage the physical meetings by backing us up if we need to physically prevent people from coming to a meetup.

I experimented with the github code of conduct template feature, as described here: https://help.github.com/articles/adding-a-code-of-conduct-to-your-project/

and used the contributor-convenant code of conduct.

Perhaps we could start with that, and pare it down to something that works for us.

This is really good. Thanks! We'll figure out a good place to put this on the site. My vote is right on the home page so people see where we stand when it comes to ethics and what we value.

... Well, maybe a link to this... not necessarily the whole document laid out.
