Add email list signup form

We have a mailchimp account with an email list started. We should add the ability to signup from the website.

Do you have a sample style-free form (and/or list ID) from the mailchimp account? Happy to add it in if so. We did a similar thing on the site for Trade School: https://github.com/somethingindependent/tradeschool-site/blob/master/_includes/mailchimp-si.html

Wait... Let me get this straight.... Justin and Jay meet in Telluride at a conference and have a good ol' time. Jay goes home and starts poking around on the Roaring Fork Technologists GitHub repo to see what Justin was talking about and finds a ticket to help with. Jay thinks nothing of the fact that he just lends a hand to a community over the hill in true give first style...
