Can't select touchpad input mode when scaled "fit to screen". All options
except "No pan; Trackball mouse" are grayed out. But my Galaxy S doesn't have
trackball, so mouse is uncontrollable :)

ive been messing around with it and if all of your input modes are grayed-out
you probably have the scaling on "fit to scale" if you deselect that you should
be able to use touchpad and the others.

In fact, I can't select *any* input mode that my Nexus 10 actually *has*. I
can't even use it when I plug my USB mouse into it using my OTG cable. And
yeah, Android sees it fine. Even shows a cursor for it, works like a mouse, but
with "back" instead of right-click. Basically, Fit to Screen is broken to the
point of being useless.
