Set up the cloud machine

Set up the cloud machine to a working state. This means:

• [x] clone the repository there,
• [x] somehow make it so that everyone can push/pull using their github account,
• [x] install anaconda, create a conda environment,
• [ ] enable remote desktop (optional).
• [x] make sure that jupyter-lab can be tunneled remotelly
