Using weather.cfg file breaks plant watering #91

Many many reports of not being able to water plants if you’re using weather.cfg

another smaller bug: when it rains and the plots start getting wet and you put seeds in it, but the rain is not enough to make the plots wet enough: when u grab the seeds out of the plot again and put in another plot - which is wet enough - the grown plant disappears after you pulled it out of the wet enough plot, BUT: you can pull out two grown plants out of the spot in the former plot, which was not wet enough. so you have no loss, but could be confusing
