Write an Incident Response Plan (IRP) #18

Executive Order 14028 requires institutions that interact with US federal government to create a Response Playbook (e.g Incident Response Plan) to spell out what to do during a security incident.

While we're not directly in business with the US Government, we should expect our users to be. So if they have a plan, we should probably have one too.

This is also probably relevant for NIS2 and CRA?
