hi I have previopusly downloaded and used the SGRQ app with no problem but now can download it but when click on Open the screen remains blank . I am using a Mac book (iOS 14) and have downloaded the Mac version

It's possible that the application does not support MacOS Sonoma (14). I'll see if we can provide an alternative version or update the sdk of the current one.

Hello @micheletameris , I've published the application on the website https://sgrq.netlify.app/. It's now accessible on all devices but, due to its technical conception, questionnaires are only temporary saved on the same device. Not having a synchronization feature, saved questionnaires can be lost upon site data clear or when switching to a different device / browser. I suggest to physically print them as soon as possible to store them indefinitely, using the print button on the questionnaire result page.
