Fix bug in vtsAnalyser #129

  1. Fix bug in vtsAnalyser ( a. skip wrong HADTRUTHAOD in dj's tt012j_bbars
    b. skip FillTMVATrees() when there are no m_jetDeltaRs to avoid segment fault c. give all selected jets label of isClosestToLep
  2. Fix bug in Event_2016v4 (~Event())
  3. Minor change of tmva code
