Data file pickerView doesn't update reliably #124

When downloading a new file the new file doesn't show initially in the pickerView I've been pressing List Files button OR restarting the app to force the update

Testing Thurs; 1 - uploaded new version of file already display. New version display without any fiddling around. EXCELLENT! 2 - deleted all files using the DELETE files button. All files still display on pickerView. Not correct, but I'm not surprised or concerned. 3 - Tried pressing the LIST files button & then view the pickerview. App crashed, this is to be expected. 4 - Upon, restart the pickerview is now empty. GOOD. 5 - Uploaded a new file, the first after deletion. Doesn't display on pickerview. App crashed with this error - index (0) beyond bounds (0). pickerview is empty. 6 - Relaunched app, expected to see 1 file. Apps pickerview still empty & crashes when trying to selecte pickerview (because it's empty 7 - Relaunched app, pressed LIST files, and 1 file displayed on console. GOOD. Went to pickerView and the file is now displayed. Also GOOD! 8 - Added a 2nd downloaded file, went to pickerview. It did NOT display. BAD. Pressed LIST files button, pickerView STILL did not display. NOT Good. Relaunched app, both now display. GOOD. 9 - Added a 3rd file, went to pickerView. File didn't display. BAD. LIST files button doesn't do any good, but reloading the app makes all appear fine. GOOD. RESULTS - There still appears to be a problem. The behavior seems to be the same as before, except maybe that the LIST files button is no longer reinitializing the pickerview? More testing later
