The original plan was to install Integria IMS that should have been integrated in Pandora FMS but it needed another VM to run it.
We didn't manage to find a good documentation or instructions on how to deploy that so as a workaround we implemented a web ticketing service that creates tickets using the PandoraFMS alerts that send an email to the helpdesk address.
With more time we would need to deploy a proper ticketing system
