Currently the Tournament page targets two distinct behaviour that should be split:
Tournament planning and Tournament running.
The current Tournament page is more on the planning, showing teams and courts. A new button should be added (and the Visualisation du tournoi be put on TournamentRunning) to Start the tournament (which will target the create action of the TournamentRunning controller).
The TournamentRunning create page will show a form to select the game_type, pool_mode, and tournament mode (championship or multi-stage pool tournament).
A special tournament mode should be by hand which let the tournament manager use whatever foreign system (even sheets and pencil) and simply lists the teams with a way to rank them and put a score.
