Get rid of the 'Tournois' menu

1. In the side bar, the 'tournois' menu provides a list of all tournaments of all events, 'en vrac'. This is not useful as tournaments will be accessed through the event to which they belong. It must be removed.
2. The 'Administration' button goes to a useless administration page. Replace it by a direct link to the roles management page.
