As an event creator, I would like to categorize the sporting event based on the sport I want to play STORY POINTS 3 #22

Priority: 1 Acceptance criteria:

Users creating events should be able to choose from a variety of tags to apply to their event.
Events should have a corresponding tag describing what kind of an event they are.
There should be enough tag choices to cover a wide variety of event types.
