Make plaintext feed return valid RSS #191

It might be nice to be able to use an off-the-shelf RSS aggregator or reader, with our system acting as a go-between. It would let the end user use whatever RSS UI they wanted, and let them make use of features offered by other RSS aggregators.

I don't see anybody using Feedlark through another RSS reader like this, since our core unique feature is like/dislike buttons which would be inaccessible.

Decided in meeting that it didn't work due to ordering of articles. This is because readers will sort by date.
