Create a service that will get an article from it's activity pub id. This is needed to properly do announces.

Get and parse an article from a url
Check if the article is written by who/ other things you know about the article already
Check urls, etc to see if the article is hosted same site as author

Could we do this with json ld? Technically that would be slower but might integrate with other ap things better
