UVP terminates #33

i installed UVP and Run.Then it terminates just after printing the following Validating Input file. Running Kraken. It doesn't give any kind of error message.It just quit uvp

can any one help me?

Check the QC/master.log file for information on the sample.

i checked the master.log file and it says 2020/10/05 03:43:52 Input: /mnt/data/bioinfoteam/Downloaded_Data/Bacteria/PRJEB9201/ERR1200602.fastq.gz not species specific

what does "not species specific" mean?

It means it failed the kraken analysis, the proportion of reads in the sample that are Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex is less than 90%.
