Exception in analysis #34

I am running UVP 2.6.0 on a batch of MTB MiSeq data. One of the results was assigned to the QC directory and the log file showed "Exception in analysis" for this data. What does "Exception in analysis" mean?

Check the log file in the output directory, it will give you the specific reason for the exception.
