This is the current version of GDPR compatible ultimate consent form we created during the workshop. It was transferred from a google doc to an .rst and this PR will be used to further work on it before merging. The group members (@jsheunis, @garethbarker, Francesca Benedetta Pizzini and @peerherholz), as well as everyone else, can propose changes. With that we hope to provide an open and traceable development that is furthermore community driven.
