BEBA project contributions to ofsoftswitch13 #234

Hi @ederlf,

As discussed some time ago, I'm finally issuing a pull request to contribute back the work we've been doing in the BEBA Project on ofsoftswitch13.

Changes include mostly support for OpenState, InSP (packet generation) and lots of code optimizations for performance improvements.
