Does ofsoftswitch13 support openflow 1.0? #300

When i was looking at frequently asked question. I saw that you mention that OpenFlow version 1.1 1.2 1.3 had been implement. My Question is whether OpenFlow 1.0 can be used on the ofsoftswitch13 ? I did capture OpenFlow packet 1.0 on Wireshark. But i am not sure 1.0 it is fully supported by ofsoftswitch13 or not.
