Minor refactoring

[CPunch]

lsocket.[ch]: refactored writeInt && readInt

• switched to laikaS_readu && laikaS_writeu
• this gets rid of the ugly malloc() for platforms that don't support VLAs

lmem.[ch]: removed inlined functions

• fixes some builds
