Switched to using setuptools "entry_points" to define the rdm_ac0 script. Should now be able to run rdm_ac0 <filename.h5> from the command line after pip installing. Solves #2
Function exposed for the cli is inside a new file labelled as such. I came across enough different ways of people doing this online that it's clear there isn't a rock solid best practice, especially for a small module like this. So hopefully the way I chose is clear.
