Update to latest versions of pytket and pyquil to solve dependency conflicts with latest versions of pytket and pytket-qiskit requirements

Thanks for the PR; unfortunately there are some issues that need ironing out first. See #87 (sorry I didn't realize you'd already opened this PR).

We should be able to close this after https://github.com/CQCL/pytket-pyquil/pull/87 is merged, or is there anything in here which is not in https://github.com/CQCL/pytket-pyquil/pull/87 ?
