Resolves #585 , integrates my Modular Screens component

Implements Reports screen button to use Modular Screens.
Changed the world tracker checkbox to not show the empty message (to replace the hide world tracker button that got replaced)

@chaorace Seems the summer patch edited the same files. Do you want me to integrate the patch changes here (to master branch), or as a separate PR (to the summer-2017 branch)?

@chaorace On second thought, it would be better if I made that PR to summer-2017 branch since this code was written for before the summer patch. It will keep the repo more organized, and prevent confusion with people editing the same files to make it compatible.
