Add option to disable Civ 5 style cityview

I wonder if there is any way to disable the Civ 5 style cityview component, otherwise it might be a good idea to implement a toggle option. Why?:

• Not much room in the center is left for narrower resolutions, so I can barely see what my city is working and both side menu bars look too overwhelming.
• When autorotation jumps to a city with pending production, or when you click on a city right after performing an action, the production bar is not shown so you have to close and open the city menu again to display it, which is rather annoying.

As it stands a lot of innards had to be gutted to get the 5 cityview and lots of features build on that, so it's not a simple thing at all to implement. This is definitely a wont-fix for the foreseeable future
