The final integration...phew!

  1. First commit was porting the summer changes. These were minor ones, like tooltip changes, and minor unique district bug fix.
  2. Second commit just changes the tab width to 2 spaces. The git diff always look weird when changing tab width of entire files, that is why I did it in a separate commit. No actual code changes were done here.
