Remove useless files. Tweak main screen to add space for M117/M73 #12

A bit crude, but it works.. Someone else will have to redesign this for sure.

The ICL files need to be in DWIN_SOURCE. The DWIN editor looks there.

Also the last time I checked, but maybe that was only with v7 of the editor, those bmps need to be in the DWIN_SET folder as well (love the duplication...).

@Sebazzz That's weird. Both the ICL tool and the DGUS software worked fine after I removed all those files. (using 8.0.1.1)

And i just verified (after I closed everything down) that both the ICL tool and the DGUSII editor still work and show previews of all images/screens fine.

Attached a "screenshot" (it just removes the creality logo from the main screen and puts the stuff there) x

DWIN software works in unexpected and mysterious ways 😖

I wonder if this is the best solution though. Perhaps we should just create a separate "info" screen or look into print timer support so that the firmware automatically switches to the print progress screen.

Or have a button that allows switching to the print progress screen.
