Fix missing Toggles on Level Settings screen and add access to that screen from the Control (Setup) screen

Corrects a small configuration error which caused the two Toggle switches on the Leveling Settings Screen to not display. Also adds a second way to access the Leveling Settings Screen, this one being from the Setup Screen.

Slightly decreased the gaps between the buttons on the SetUp screen, to make room to add the new button.
