Add a button and page for makers to quickly see the open print assignments #11

Similar to the Request PPE, and Volunteer buttons we should have a button that says

"Ready to produce needed items for the effort?" Button: "MAKE"

That can link to a single page on our site where we highlight the existing production requests, with direct embeds to the 3D previews of the STLs, and the ability to download the STLs

We could also list the number of outstanding requests we have for that item against preexisting inventory on our airtable.

Ideally we could have you filter by what tools are required, (printers, laser cutters, etc) and then see only the designs you know you can make. For the printer option we can even have it show you what's printable based on bed size.

I'm not familiar with what tools are required for what. Can I get information about what tools are used and which tools and bed size are required for different stuff?. I can work on this and the 3d previews
