Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. People should be able to easily access the prior page when they click an off-site link. Waiting for page to reload after hitting the Back button is friction.

I don't know that I agree with this. People can already open a link in a new page by ctrl clicking. I would similarly not include a back button on the website as the browser already has one. @knarx Thoughts?
