Hello, It is more a question than an issue: where would you look for a good resource of known variants for the mm39 assembly (and one for the "deny list")? Is it just to soon since mm39 was released to find such data? Thank you!

jaja!! Luca already told me that I should use mm10, which we agreed about, but I was wondering if you guys had advises about this! :-P
