Update static descriptions to conform with February 2022 iAtlas web page #197

Identify updates to be made on app to conform with changes made on cri-iatlas.org, and make those . This will include the About description.

@heimannch this is not urgent, and maybe we should wait until there are fewer moving pieces with the 2.0 update happening now
