normalization of gene expressiont table #230

Hi, I'm working on the iAtlas CRI dataset uploaded on synapse (syn24200710), file "iatlas-ici-genes_norm.tsv". I was wondering what type of normalization has been applied to the data, and I'm also curious to know if the raw count data are also publicly availaible. Thank you,
