germline GWAS plot only showinng one option of immune feature #245

In the GWAS IGV plot, only one option for selection shows up in "Choose Immune Feature(s)":

GWAS manifest file was incomplete, updated it in Synapse and fixed the code that generates it https://github.com/CRI-iAtlas/iatlasManifests/commit/e060303ed785f9ec5439519cb505a2e052986285
