Repair links from IO Target Module to IO Landscape #42

It would be ideal to change the string "2019-09NRDDACarticle" in the links to this string "viz1572545060618".

Old: https://www.cancerresearch.org/scientists/immuno-oncology-landscape?2019-09NRDDACarticle=2017;Target;CD19

New: https://www.cancerresearch.org/scientists/immuno-oncology-landscape?viz1572545060618=2017;Target;CD19

@andrewelamb , we can close this , but want to be sure it is carried over to 2.0. Should it be copy/pasted to an issue on iatlas-data ? (and then closed here)
