Nonexistent file tag / Methods description #100

in file manifest syn7994727 is mapped to "TCGA" methods tag. Does not have a methods description. Should be "CNVR-DDR" method. Error is propagated into data/feature_method_df.feather

Corrected data/feature_method_df.feather prepared locally, needs to be checked in.
